BACKGROUND: 

On November 1, 2022, the County Commission approved an employment agreement with Kevin Schiller to serve as the County Manager. On December 19, 2023, Manager Schiller presented his annual performance review to the Board. In accordance with Section 11 of Manager Schiller's employment agreement, Manager Schiller is eligible for a salary increase and a bonus based on the performance review.
