The total Agreement award was in the amount not to exceed $7,500,000. To date, the total Agreement amount used is $992,100. The additional funding increase of $33,000 will bring the total Agreement amount to not to exceed $7,533,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 20, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606655-23 to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (NBE) in the amount not to exceed $7,500,000 for physical examinations and utilization of medical services for Clark County employees.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement was from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and included the option to                      renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 4 renewal options remaining.
                     Included the option for either party to terminate the Agreement without cause upon giving 30 days written                      notice to the other party.

This approval will provide for the inclusion of applicable employees from the Department of Juvenile Justice Services.
