BACKGROUND: 

On September 13, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) and Clark County entered into Interlocal Contract No. 1034 for the Cimarron Road between Blue Diamond Road and Pebble Road project (No. R217AFT) providing funds for engineering on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 2, 2018.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract 1034 extends the term of the contract to June 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $800,000.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on June 8, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
