BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for City of North Las Vegas housing-related services including, but not limited to, development of affordable housing, rehabilitation of abandoned and rental residential properties, renovation of owner-occupied housing units, and assistance to first-time homebuyers.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
