BACKGROUND:
On October 30, 2025, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of utilization of City of Mesa, Contract No. 2024056-01 for Information Technology Solutions Products and Services, awarded to SHI International Corp., for CBE No. 607748-25 in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for the purchase of equipment, software, peripheral and related services.
On July 2, 2024, the City of Mesa awarded Contract No. 2024056-01 for Information Technology Solutions Products and Services to SHI International Corp. (LBE).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract OR approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized was from July 2, 2024 and ending on July 1, 2028 and includes the option to renew up to a maximum of six (6) years and extend on a month -to-month basis for a maximum of six (6) months. County does not intend to use beyond July 1, 2031. There are six (6) renewal years remaining.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with SHI International Corp. and therefore can cease purchasing products / services at any time.
This approval will provide increase funding to support countywide expenditures, not including the IT department, through use of cooperative contracts.
SHI International Corp. currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
