BACKGROUND:

The Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) approved funding for the Airport Channel - Naples project on its Master Plan and Ten-Year Construction Program.  The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 1, 2013.

Supplemental No. 7 to the interlocal contract increases design funding to cover the cost of the consultant supplemental contract for the design of a security grate support system and post design services, and extends the time of performance until September 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

RFCD approved the seventh supplemental contract at its meeting on July 10, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the seventh supplemental contract as to form.
