BACKGROUND: 

The dedications of Clark County-owned (Aviation) property. (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 177-11-310-008, 010, 061 and 062) as rights of way for required operation and maintenance of existing roadway improvements and drainage facilities in support of development in the immediate surrounding area. Public Works has agreed to accept the rights of way for maintenance.
