BACKGROUND:
On December 3, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners approved the contract award of Bid No. 607057-24 in the amount of $18,252,172.05, to Holcim-SWR, Inc. for the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction #105 Lots 1 & 2 project.
Change Order No. 1 for $2,834,000 increases the total project funding to $21,086,172.05, providing funds for added scope of work on Christy Lane and Palm Street. Additional work on Christy Lane is between Bonanza Road and 200 feet south of Harris Avenue. Additional work on Palm Street is between Fremont Street and Sahara Avenue.
