BACKGROUND: 

In May 2024 the Clark County Redevelopment Agency engaged Gensler to help develop a branded place-based vision to guide redevelopment efforts in the Historic Commercial Center.  The work of Gensler included stakeholder engagement, branding & vision design, and planning & mapping analysis.
