Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,591,300. Supplemental Nos. 1 through 4 combined amounts increased the contract by $5,326,335. Supplemental No. 5 increase of $1,217,200 revises the total contract value to $8,134,835.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On August 4, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved the original professional engineering services contract between Clark County and WSP USA Inc. for professional engineering services for the Hollywood Boulevard Extension between Vegas Valley Drive and Galleria Drive project.

Supplemental No. 5 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Inc. increases total funds for the Hollywood Boulevard Extension from Vegas Valley Drive to the Las Vegas Wash for the final design services on this phase of the project, and additional coordination efforts with surrounding properties. This fifth supplemental contract also extends the time of performance until December 31, 2027, unless further time extensions are granted.

WSP USA Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
