BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607482-25, for Video Management System (VMS) Countywide was advertised on and opened on September 10, 2025. The Bid totals are as follows:

Convergint Technologies LLC (NBE) 35%
Johnson Controls Incorporated (NBE) 60%
*The Bid received from The Mcghee Corporation is recommended for rejection for being non-responsible. In accordance with NRS Chapter 624, The Mcghee Corporation did not possess a Nevada Contractor’s License at the time of bid opening.
Bid Amounts above are for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid. Actual usage is listed in the Fiscal Impact.
This Contract is for Video Management System (VMS) service to include maintenance, repair and replacement of existing CCTV systems throughout the County.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through June 30, 2030, or until allocated budget is exhausted, whichever comes first and includes a 90-day extension.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Convergint Technologies LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
