BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Office of Traffic Safety has identified the need for a media campaign to promote traffic safety and enhance the safety of students during their commute to and from school.

The Office of Traffic Safety has identified a vendor to provide advertising services in support of this initiative. The vendor will provide $100,000 in advertising services to support the traffic safety media campaign.

LVGP/F1 has agreed to provide a $100,000 donation to Clark County to fund these services.  The donation will be used for the stated traffic safety campaign and will offset the associated advertising costs.

The Board's acceptance of the donation will allow Clark County to receive and account for the donated funds and proceed with the traffic safety media campaign.
