BACKGROUND:
On December 7, 2021, Clark County (County) entered into an Interlocal Facility License Agreement, along with an Amendment effective October 11, 2022, with the City of Mesquite (COM) for office space within Mesquite City Hall located at 10 East Mesquite Blvd., Mesquite, Nevada 89027 for the County Clerk (Agreement). The Agreement will expire on November 30, 2025.
This Amendment II shall extend the Agreement to November 30, 2030, with five (5) one (1) year options to renew (Option to Renew). County shall notify COM ninety (90) days prior to the end of the prior term or any extension thereof of its desire to exercise the Option to Renew.
