BACKGROUND:
On April 01, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 6074493-25 to Kofile Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $2,799,600 for conversion and archiving microfilm and microfiche to digital storage.
On April 01, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 6074493-25 to Kofile Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $2,799,600 for conversion and archiving microfilm and microfiche to digital storage.
This Contract is for the conversion and archiving of microfilm microfiche to digital storage with Kofile Technologies, Inc. (LBE).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through March 30, 2029 and includes the option to renew for 2, one-year periods.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 5% for possible price increases for renewal terms after the initial 2 years.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
This approval will expand services to Clark County Treasurer, Clark County Family Services, and Clark County Clerk's Office with conversion and archiving of their microfilm and microfiche record to digital storage.
Kofile Technologies, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
