BACKGROUND:
On September 20, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (now known as WSP USA, Inc.) for a feasibility study for the Inbound Elevated Expressway project (No. PW.S160824). Effective January 1, 2020, the merger of Louis Berger U.S., Inc./The Louis Berger Group, Inc. and WSP USA Solutions Inc. was complete; and all Louis Berger personnel became WSP employees.
As a result of the aforementioned study, it was determined to widen Koval Lane between Sands Avenue and Tropicana Avenue, establish a new connection between Koval Lane and Paradise Road along the Tompkins Avenue alignment, and evaluate an extension of Howard Hughes Parkway between Flamingo Road and Tropicana Avenue.
Supplemental No. 4 to the professional services contract with WSP USA, Inc. revises the project scope and provides a time extension to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
