BACKGROUND:
On July 1, 2025, The State of Nevada will award No. 99SWC-S3138 to various dealership as shown below. This approval provides for Fleet, Alternative Fuel and Police Vehicles. The Automotive Services Department will request quotes from multiple dealerships on a case-by-case basis. Additional dealerships may be added to the Contract in the future.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with any of the awarded dealership and therefore, can cease purchasing product at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.
Clark County Business License will be required of any dealership with which a purchase order is executed.
