BACKGROUND: 

On July 3, 2023, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for El Rey Promotions & Liquor Wholesaler, located at 6151 McLeod Dr, Suite E, Las Vegas, NV 89120.  The application was approved by the Director of Business License on July 24, 2023, for the July 2023 Director's Administrative Agenda.

Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for approval for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for El Rey Promotions & Liquor Wholesaler.
