BACKGROUND: 

Searchlight Betterment Organization (SBO) desires to install mural panels and solar lights (Improvements) on top of a mountain located on APN 243-35-310-083 known as the Flag Pole Box in Searchlight, Nevada. SBO shall donate $1,200 for the Improvements and has requested Clark County (County) allocate $6,555.00 for the Improvements through the Searchlight Town Board funds and reimburse SBO upon completion of the Improvements. SBO shall maintain the Improvements.  Searchlight Town Board is in support of this request.
