BACKGROUND:

LV WS Cimarron LLC (Developer) is requesting a ±96,664 SF temporary construction easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 176-09-501-011, known as a portion of James Regional Park, for the purposes of constructing flood and drainage improvements which include RCP, headwall and riprap. The constructions of these improvements will save the County time and expense from constructing the improvements and will greatly benefit James Regional Park and their development.

Westwood will be required to protect and fence their site during construction and shall maintain the flood and drainage improvements for a period of one (1) year after construction or until the County commences construction on the planned trail, whichever comes first. In addition, Contractor shall complete construction on the improvements within four (4) months of commencement of construction.

This item was presented to the County Long Range Planning Committee on July 10, 2024.
