BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607714-25, for Hollywood Boulevard Roadway Improvements was advertised on March 12, 2026 and opened on April 27, 2026. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for enhancing the safety and functionality of the roadway. The project includes pavement removal and replacement, mill and overlay, sidewalk upgrades, ADA upgrades, roadway and striping reconfiguration, the addition of medians, storm drain improvements, utility design, ITS, and traffic signal modifications; and other appurtenances as may be necessary to construct a complete and serviceable project.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 210 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
