BACKGROUND:
This contract provides for federal lobbying and consulting services for the Clark County Airport System. This includes lobbying Congress, federal agencies, and various trade organizations. Marcus G. Faust, PC, will also provide consulting services on other aviation related issues as needed.
The term will be from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with the option to renew for four one-year periods. The annual contract amount shall not exceed $230,000.00.
In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(b), the services to be performed are professional in nature and therefore exempt from competitive bidding requirements.
This contract has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. The company currently holds a Clark County business license.
