BACKGROUND: 

The Fire Chief is the only management employee for the Moapa Valley Fire Protection District.   The adoption of Clark County's Management Plan would allow the positions of Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief to be covered under the County's Management Plan.
