BACKGROUND: 

On August 17, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with WSP USA Inc., to provide construction management services for the Laughlin - Bullhead City Bridge between Needles Highway in Laughlin, Nevada to State Route 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona project (Bid 605758-20).

Supplemental No. 2 to the construction management services contract with WSP USA Inc. extends the contract term to June 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.

WSP USA Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
