BACKGROUND: 

On May 7, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc. for the design of the Interstate 215 and Airport Connector Interchange Phase 3 project (No. PW.B183214).

Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP, USA, Inc. extends the contract term to December 31, 2028 to complete the final design services and provide construction support for the project.
  
WSP, USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
