BACKGROUND:

On July 19, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and GCW, Inc. for professional engineering services for design of the Clark County 215 (CC215) Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Charleston Boulevard and Craig Road Widening project.

Supplemental No. 5 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. increases total funds to include additional design services, and for the split of the project into two bid packages: CC215 West Charleston Boulevard to Far Hills Drive, and CC215 West Summerlin Parkway to Hualapai Way. The contract term remains effective to December 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
