Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,358,357, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $1,455,000 revises the total contract value to $2,813,357.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On July 20, 2021, the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Tropicana Avenue / Broadbent Boulevard between Boulder Highway and City of Henderson limits project.

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. will provide additional design engineering services for the Clark County Regional Flood Control District's (RFCD) facilities LV01 0001 to LV01 0135, and LV01 0151 to LV01 0176 as part of RFCD's Tropicana Avenue Conveyance between Las Vegas Wash and Andover Drive project. The contract's time of performance remains effective until December 31, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
