BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606551-23, for LeBaron Ave & Lindell Rd. - Neighborhood Park was advertised on February 27, 2023 and opened on April 10, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for the construction of a new ten-acre park on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) leased land. The park will include playgrounds, obstacle course, exercise equipment, site furnishings, a pre-fabricated restroom building, metal shade structures, fabric shade structures, new NV Energy electrical service, site lighting and other electrical work, asphalt parking lot, water play area, chain link fences and gates, landscape irrigation with booster pump, landscape planting and turf, native plant restoration, and water, sewer and storm drain utilities. The site work consists of construction through undeveloped land.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 425 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
APCO Construction currently holds a Clark County Business License.
