BACKGROUND:

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1217 for the Badura Avenue between Tenaya Way and El Capitan Way project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 6, 2020. On August 3, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1217.

Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 1217 will provide additional design funds to cover in-house labor costs. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on August 10, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
