BACKGROUND:
On June 6, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Atkins North America, Inc. to provide professional design engineering services for miscellaneous improvements and repairs to the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway project, as needed on a work order request format.
The Board previously approved Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract extending the contract term allowing Atkins North America, Inc. to continue providing professional engineering services for various beltway improvement projects.
The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Atkins North America, Inc. will extend the contract's time of performance to December 31, 2023, and increase total funds for additional design and post-design services.
Atkins North America, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
