Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $9,500,000, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $2,100,000 revises the total value to $11,600,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 3043 and budgeted funding for the Hollywood Boulevard between Lake Mead Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue project in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund for Fiscal Year 2023. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on August 2, 2022.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 3043 increases total funds for construction to cover the increased Engineer's estimate.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on December 15, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
