BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) entered into Interlocal Contract No. 3107 on August 10, 2023 with the City of Henderson for the Miscellaneous Intersection and Safety Improvements Phase 1: Erie Avenue at Bermuda Road and Amigo Street project. The City of Henderson is requesting to add the intersection at Bermuda Road and Starr Avenue to the project scope.

Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 3107 will add Clark County as a participant in the project, with City of Henderson remaining as the lead agency.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on August 8, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
