The total Agreement award is in the amount not to exceed $812,887.50 should all renewal options be exercised. 

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for shared funding between County and Washoe County to pay for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), which operated as a client data system of homeless persons and services they have received. County will bill Washoe County accordingly.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025, and includes the option to                      renew for six (6), one-year periods.
                     Includes the option that either party may terminate for any reason upon giving thirty (30) days written                      notice to the other party.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
