The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has approved and programmed funds for flood control improvements for the Thomas Edison Detention Basin, Collection and Outfall project in Laughlin, Nevada. The flood control facilities project includes associated roadway improvements and necessary traffic control to Bruce Woodbury Drive, Thomas Edison Drive and South Casino Drive as required to construct the proposed flood control facilities.

The time of performance is effective until June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.
