BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606532-23, for Annual Requirements Contract for Bulk Unleaded Gasoline 87 Octane, B5 Biodiesel Fuel, and Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Diesel Fuel was advertised on March 8, 2023 and opened on March 27, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

Bid Amounts above are for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid. Actual usage is listed in the Fiscal Impact.
This Contract is for the purchase of Bulk Unleaded Gasoline 87 Octane, B5 Biodiesel Fuel, and Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Diesel Fuel for the Clark County and Department of Aviation Fleets.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract for lines 1, 2, 4 and 5 is from date of award through June 30, 2024; the term of the Contract for lines 3 and 6 shall be from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount, based on published Las Vegas Unbranded Rack Low Oil Price Information Services (OPIS) for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Senergy Petroleum LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
