Additional Comments:

The initial Agreement amount was $109,624.88.  Amendment No. 1 will increase the Agreement amount by $336,845.52, for a new total Agreement amount of $446,470.40.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On November 2, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606015-21 to the City of Boulder City (NBE) in the amount of $109,624.88 for law enforcement activities in the Boulder City Conservation Easement area.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement was from date of award through November 1, 2022.
                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 will extend the term of the Agreement through August 30, 2026, revise Exhibit A, Scope of Work and revise Appendix 1, Milestone and Deliverable Schedule.  The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.
