BACKGROUND: 

In accordance with NRS 293.387, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) is required to meet within ten (10) days after the 2026 Primary Election held on June 9, 2026, to canvass the returns.  A copy of the abstract of the results of the election must then be transmitted by the Registrar of Voters to the Secretary of State, not more than ten (10) days after the election.  The Registrar of Voters will present a report on this selection to the Board at the June 18, 2026, special meeting at 3:00 p.m.

The Board is requested to receive the report and canvas the returns of the 2026 Primary Election held on June 9, 2026.
