BACKGROUND: 

The Moapa Valley Fire Protection District is eligible for grant funding through the Federal Emergency Management Agency and requires a 5% match. 

If approved, the grant will be used to purchase a new auto load gurney for one of Moapa Valley Fire Districts rescues.    

Staff recommends that the Board approve the submission of the attached grant application.
