BACKGROUND: 

Daniel joins Clark County following a career centered around public service and law.

Serving under Governors Sandoval and Sisolak as General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer respectively, Daniel provided oversight for multiple state agencies focused on offering a variety of services to the public.  He has also spent a number of years advocating on behalf of issues for clients in his roles at various law firms, most recently as the Head of the Nevada Government Relations Team for Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck.

As Deputy County Manager, Daniel will oversee key county departments such as the District Attorney, Public Defender, District Court, the Justice Courts and outlying courts, and other duties as assigned
