BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Car Rental Concession Operating Agreement with Malco Enterprises of Nevada, dba Budget Car and Truck Rental of Nevada (Company) for operations at Henderson Executive Airport (HND).

Company has completed the removal of the two original rental car podiums, which have been replaced with three customer service podiums at HND. This upgrade included flooring, counter, signage, data and power improvements. Company paid for the infrastructure enhancements to all three counters in advance, which created additional customer service podium space that enabled Company and two other rental car agencies to operate at HND. Company will remain responsible for the cost of the counter Company will utilize. The sum for the improvements to the other two counters will be invoiced to the other two rental car agencies operating HND.
