BACKGROUND:
Commissioner Kirkpatrick has requested an agenda item to discuss possible amendments to the Clark County Code to make various provisions of the Clark County Code consistent so that all members appointed to a board, council or committee serve at the pleasure of the Board, as permitted by Nevada law.
