BACKGROUND:
On December 21, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service] Construction Management - Administration - Major, to provide construction inspection services for the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction #104 - Lot 1 & Lot 2 (Bid No. 606515-23) project.
Due to Clark County Department of Public Works’ present and anticipated project workload, the services of an outside consultant for project management are needed. County staff negotiated the professional services contract for staff augmentation with Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms. The time of performance is effective until December 31, 2024, unless time extensions are granted.
Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
