BACKGROUND: 

On February 11, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1261 from its adopted Capital Improvement Program, for the Intersection Improvements Program: Traffic Signal Equipment Procurement project (Public Works No. PW.R223UFT). The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on March 2, 2021.

Supplemental No. 6 to Interlocal Contract No. 1261 extends the time of performance until December 31, 2031, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $2,960,000.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 6 to Interlocal Contract No. 1261 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the sixth supplemental contract at its meeting on July 9, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the sixth supplemental contract as to form.
