Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,860,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $70,000 revises the total contract value to $1,930,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On November 15, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and
construction management services contract with VTN Nevada to provide construction management services for the Fairgrounds Detention Basin and Outfall System project (Bid No. 605954-21).

Supplemental No. 1 to the contract will provide additional funds for professional project administration and construction management services due to work associated with Change Order No. 2, and will extend the contract termination date to June 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.

VTN Nevada currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
