BACKGROUND:

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) released RFP 136-26 on April 22, 2026, followed by a Pre-Proposal Conference for RFP 136-26 on May 5, 2026. DOA received a total of four compliant proposals from four firms. The review panel consisted of four DOA employees and an external transportation industry professional. The recommendations based on the results of the panel members' individual analysis and collaborative review of the written proposals, are as follows:

     - Bell Chauffeured Services dba Bell Transportation
     - AWG Ambassador and All In Las Vegas

Staff requests authorization to negotiate an agreement with each of the selected proposers. The agreements will
be brought before the Clark County Board of County Commissioners, for final approval.
