Initial contract amount was $1,313,597, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $647,304 revised the total contract value to $1,960,901. Supplemental No. 2 extended the term of the contract. Supplemental No. 3 increase of $495,140.35 for services revises the contract value to $2,456,041.35. |
BACKGROUND:
On May 7, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc. for the design of the Interstate 215 and Airport Connector Interchange Phase 3 project. The Board previously approved two supplemental contracts for the project increasing total funds for additional engineering for enhanced project scope and extending the time of performance for the contract.
The attached Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc. increases total funds for additional engineering services for design and includes a Traffic Noise Assessment for the project. This supplemental contract also includes an updated Exhibit "AAA" (Maximum Direct Salary of the Engineer's Employees Standard Rates), and extends the time of performance to December 31, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
