Additional Comments:

All costs incurred by Clark County Fire Department personnel will be submitted for expense reimbursement to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives

 

BACKGROUND: 

Clark County wishes to enter into an MOU with ATF to provide equipment and two full time Task Force Officers for the Task Force to share knowledge and conduct joint origin and cause investigations, among other purposes.  This involves no new positions, and no additional expenditures as existing Fire Investigators will perform these duties.  Measures for success are built into the MOU and will be measured by ATF.                                    

This agreement will commence from the date of signatures by all parties and will expire on September 30, 2027.

Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
