BACKGROUND:
On March 13, 2024, Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 606618-23 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Submittals were requested for qualified firms to provide skilled nursing facility.

Contracts or Agreements were negotiated for all selected providers.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contracts or Agreements:
• The term of the Contracts or Agreements are from date of award through June 30, 2025 and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods and included a 3-month extension.
• Includes the County's option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contracts or Agreements with advanced written notice.
Additional providers identified will be qualified by Clark County Social Service Department in accordance with the requirements of the RFQ and Purchasing and Contracts will execute the Master Contract or Master Interlocal Agreement with these providers.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1, a discretionary award process is permissible because the County requires the services of some or all qualified providers of these services and, therefore, the contract is not, by its nature, adaptable to competitive bidding. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through RFQ process.
Spring Valley Health Care, LLC dba Spanish Hills Wellness Suites and THI of Nevada at Las Vegas I, LLC dba Harmon Hospital currently hold a Clark County Business License.
Boulder City NV OPCO LLC dba Mountain View Care Center, Covenant Care Vegas, Inc. dba Silver Hills Health Care Center, Covenant Care Vegas, Inc. dba Silver Ridge Health Care Center, Henderson Long Term Care, LLC dba Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites, Life Care Center of Las Vegas, Marquis Companies I Inc. dba Marquis Care at Centennial Hills, Marquis Companies II, Inc. dba Marquis Plaza Regency Post Acute Rehab, St. Joseph Transitional Rehabilitation Center, LLC, The Heights of Summerlin, LLC, THI of Nevada II at Desert Lane, Inc. dba Horizon Health and Rehabilitation Center, THI of Nevada at Cheyenne, LLC dba College Park Rehabilitation Center, and THI of Nevada II, Inc dba North Las Vegas Care Center, the Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required.
All future qualified providers will be required to hold a Clark County Business License or Vendor Registration, prior to Contract award.
