BACKGROUND:

In accordance with Nevada law, the Clark County Treasurer is conducting a delinquent tax parcel auction on May 7, 2026.  The County has identified various parcels it is interested in voluntarily acquiring through the auction process. Real Property Management will participate in the auction as Clark County’s representative.  A deposit of $5,000 is required to participate in the auction. If the County does not successfully bid on any parcels, the deposit will be returned.

The item was presented to the County’s Long Range Committee on April 23, 2026.
