CC 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway - North 5th to UPRR

Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,048,544; Supplemental No. 1 increased by $454,770; and Supplemental No. 2 increased by $100,000.  Supplemental No. 4 increase of $10,248 revises the total contract value to $1,613,562.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 21, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Atkins North America, Inc. to design improvements for the to provide engineering services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between North 5th Street and Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) project.

The Board previously approved three supplementals to the professional engineering services contract with Atkins North America, Inc., which increased total funds for additional engineering and post-design services, post-design services to incorporate Vandenberg Storm Drain, and time extensions.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with Atkins North America, Inc. increases total funding to complete the Record Drawings and extends the time of performance to December 31, 2022, unless further time extensions are granted.

Atkins North America, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
