BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Concession Lease Agreement (Agreement) with XpresSpa Las Vegas Airport, LLC. (Company), for the operation of two spa locations. Company provides spa services as well as health and wellness, travel comfort, and locally made products, at the both spas located at the D-Gates and Terminal 3 E-Gates.The important provisions are as follows: - Term of seven years with an option for an additional three years by mutual consent. - New Security Deposit - Company will pay 17% for all retail sales and; 10% and 12% for spa services from D-Gates/E-Gates respectively or a MAG of $122,586.08 whichever is greater. This Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company holds a Clark County business license.
